Dried salted codfish is a product with long manufacturing traditions in Norway, dating back to the early 1900s. It is a well established traditional product in Portugal, Brazil, Central America and Central and West Africa.

The most commonly used fish is cod and saithe, but ling, haddock and tusk is also enjoyable. The fish is salted, matured and dried, before it is controlled and packed. By applying traditional production methods, free of additives, we ensure rich and delicately balanced flavor.
